Deposits are required to secure your appointment. Each individual is required to pay a $50 deposit. It is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide a deposit will result in appointment loss.
Deposits and courses are non-refundable but are able to be transferred (one time only) to be used a different time and are to be used within a one year period from original purchase date. Please respect these terms. Rescheduled or cancelled touch up appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hour noticed will be subjected to a $30 cancellation charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to pay the full cost of the appointment missed.
Please note, after hour and weekend appointments are available at an extra cost listed on the booking page. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Lateness will cut into your appointment time and it cannot be made up as times are specific to each client and respect is my first priority. Please note that full sets cannot be completed with less than the appropriate time allotted for them as a full consultation, styling, lash bath, set up and aftercare/ photos take place. All of these steps are included in the allotted time frame and must be respected. A no show fee will apply to any appointments which are not fulfilled/ not attended within 15 minutes of the original appointment time.
Deposits for courses are $500 + HST at time of booking and require full payment one week prior to the course commencement date.
Absolutely no refunds on any services provided our courses attended. If you are not content with any of the services rendered, please contact me within two days of your service and I will do my absolute best to correct the situation either with a complimentary mini touch up or complimentary removal. There are no refunds on any services provided.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion and may be subjected to a cancellation fee and patr. Please factor in traffic and parking in order to be on time.
Please do NOT consume caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to your treatment and arrive completely makeup free.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subjected to pay half of the service cost as the appointment slot is not fillable with less than 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours or less notice will be subjected to pay the full appointment cost dependent on the situation that has arisen As the appointment slot is not fillable.
• Children/Guests are not permitted in the studio. If you come to your appointment with your children, your appointment will be cancelled as there is no one to supervise them while the treatment is taking place. Please arrange care for your children for the duration of your appointment. No exceptions.
Zen Lash Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit , E-transfer as payment. Cash and e-transfer are accepted in person. Cheques are not accepted.
Zen Lash Studio will not perform refills on other artists work unless the work is properly administered. If the work is suitable and at the standard of Zen Lash Studio, there is a $25 surcharge ontop of the fill price added to the appointment. It is best to assume a removal will take place when scheduling your appointment to allot for time.
*NEW* Zen Lash Studio now offers consultations to clients who have had their lashes done by another artist but may want to switch artists for whatever reason. Each consultation is 20 minutes and is $20.
Refills on classic lashes are mandatory to be scheduled and completed every two weeks to maintain optimal fullness.
Refills on Volume, Spiked Texture and Mega Volume are to be scheduled and completed every two weeks to maintain optimal fullness or three weeks to maintain the shape. Beyond 3.5 weeks is a full set.
Retention: 35 lashes per eye or it is considered a full set. No exceptions.
Zen Lash Studio understands that life happens! We kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for cancelling an appointment so that we may cater to clients who are on a wait-list. This policy is strictly enforced, should you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable and you may be requested to pre-pay for your entire appointment upon your next booking.
